The purpose of FOLS is twofold; to raise funds for the school, to enable the children to have access to facilities that they might not normally have. We try to do this by holding fun and varied events throughout the year – sometimes involving the children (eg. Sponsored bounce) and sometimes just for the parents (eg. Quiz night etc.)

We are currently raising funds to help buy new books for the library.

Secondly – FOLS provides a way for the parents to get to know each other better – and have some fun. FOLS is open to anyone – and everyone is welcome to attend any of the meetings – and please don’t think that if you come to a meeting you will have to commit to anything – the whole idea is that people do as much as they are happy to and it’s always good to have fresh faces with fresh ideas!
